CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We process orders quickly so if you'd like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com ASAP. We'll send an email back to confirm if the order is canceled or not. If your order been dispatched, order cannot be cancelled.
Damages & Product issues
We stand by our products! All pieces get a final quality inspection by hand before we ship it out to you. In the case you do receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 days after receiving your order.
You can email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, a brief description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
Please note we are unable to accept damage or product issue claims when damages incurred from wear and tear or mishandling of the item.
Exchanges & Returns
We love our jewelry and we want you to love it too!
You can make an exchange or return request within 15 days after receiving your order. To start the return process please email us at email@example.com and we’ll walk you thought the process.
Items for an exchange or return must be:
- Unworn, unused and in new condition
- In their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the above requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost as well as items lost or damaged, as such we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. Return or exchange must be send back to our Canada studio with your local postal service (No private carrier like FEDEX, UPS or DHL).
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange:
- Earrings and piercings due to hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized and custom items
